idr108 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "idr108" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at https://idr108.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API services.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operators and licensees of the idr108 platform.
• "You" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the idr108 platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the idr108 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's idr108 Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to an Account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures idr108 applies to Accounts in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to and use of the idr108 platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any sportsbook market, casino game, or other wagering product offered through the idr108 platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on idr108, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times that you access or use the Platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or syndicate when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee or director of idr108 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must not be located in or a citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account creation or at any time during your use of the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the idr108 platform under any prior account or under any self-exclusion agreement.

idr108 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing Account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility criterion is not met or has ceased to be met.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the idr108 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

idr108 will conduct KYC verification checks as part of the registration process and at any point thereafter. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bank account or e-wallet registered under your name).

Your Account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. idr108 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing that your credentials have been compromised.

All financial transactions on the idr108 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idr108 does not apply currency conversion charges; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which idr108 bears no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds; bank transfer deposits are credited upon interbank settlement, which ordinarily occurs within minutes during standard banking hours (07:00–21:00 WIB).

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts in good standing are processed by idr108 within a target timeframe of 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within standard interbank settlement windows for bank transfers. idr108 does not guarantee processing times that fall outside its direct control, including delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

idr108 only processes withdrawals to payment methods registered in the same name as the idr108 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or accounts in a different name are strictly prohibited. idr108 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if this policy is breached.

idr108 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and enhanced-odds promotions tied to Indonesian sporting events and cultural calendar observances.

The following general conditions apply to all idr108 promotions unless the individual offer terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one eligible Account per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the individual offer terms. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Wagering Requirements must be met using real-money wagers. Wagers placed using Bonus Funds do not count toward Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• idr108 reserves the right to exclude certain game categories or specific titles from contributing toward Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages, where applicable, will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts, using VPN services to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or coordinating with other Members to guarantee profit — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and Account suspension.
• idr108 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to Accounts in good standing, provided the associated Wagering Requirements have not yet expired.

All Bets placed on the idr108 platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, video poker, and other games). Product-specific rules are available within the relevant game or market interface.

Sportsbook: A Bet is accepted when confirmed by the idr108 system and a Bet ID is issued. Bets accepted in error (including due to manifest pricing errors or technical malfunctions) may be voided by idr108. In-play Bets are subject to the odds and market status in effect at the time the Bet is confirmed, not at the time of submission. idr108 reserves the right to limit market availability, maximum stake sizes, or payout caps on any event, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and esports competitions.

Casino Games: All casino titles — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the respective game and studio. Certified RTP (Return to Player) figures are available for each title within the game interface. idr108 does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by the game studio's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing process.

Slot Games: Slot titles are governed by the rules of the issuing studio. Jackpot prizes, where applicable, are subject to the jackpot network terms maintained by the relevant studio.

idr108 reserves the right to void any Bet or casino round result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a technical error, data feed failure, or third-party system malfunction has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the idr108 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to idr108 immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Colluding with other Members, third parties, or idr108 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using the idr108 platform to launder money, finance prohibited activities, or circumvent any anti-money laundering (AML) regulation applicable in Indonesia.
• Providing false or fraudulent identification, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any anonymising tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or eligibility requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing idr108 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the idr108 platform — including but not limited to the idr108 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of idr108 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any idr108 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any idr108 software or game.
• Creating derivative works based on idr108 content, brand assets, or game designs.
• Using the idr108 brand name or logo in any marketing, social media, or commercial communication without explicit written permission from idr108.

Any unauthorised use of idr108 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

idr108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

idr108 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with KYC obligations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct.
• Providing customer support and communicating account-related information.
• Delivering promotional communications where you have provided consent.

idr108 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game studios, payment processors, and compliance service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to contractual data protection obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idr108 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any financial loss arising from a Member's own decisions, wagering strategies, or reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access.

Where idr108's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form or basis of the claim.

idr108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void or withhold any Balance or pending payout, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Member against idr108 through a bank or payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting idr108 support at [email protected]. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the idr108 operating entity. Where Indonesian law applies to any aspect of the Member relationship, Indonesian law shall govern that aspect.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through idr108 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration. Members agree that they will not bring class-action claims against idr108 and waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent idr108 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

idr108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the idr108 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request.
